This form is intended for customers who want their laptop repair
handled after the original repair was done.
If your first repair was done based on your diagnose and the diagnose
was wrong or not complete, then you will need to require a new
Repair Order Number. In such a case you will not be eligible to
obtain a Return Merchandise Number.
However, if you believe that your diagnose was good but the repair
was not successful, then you will need to require a Return Merchandise
Number. In this case your diagnose can not be changed or modified.
When submitting a Return Merchandise Form application online,
we urge you to provide the most accurate information you have
regarding your complain.
