* Choosing to receive Packaging Supplies you will receive a special box in which you will pack your laptop.
    The charge for this option is for receiving the shipping supplies for laptop at your location.

* Choosing to receive a Prepaid Return Address Label within 2-3 hours after we send you a confirmation email with a     Repair Order Number you will receive an email from UPS with a link to the label.
    You will just have to print it out from your home or office and call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) to schedule a     pick up. Your package will have a tracking number and will have an insurance.|
    The charge for this option is for receiving a Prepaid Return Address Label and be able to ship your laptop in a fast and     secure way from your location.

* Choosing to receive Packaging Supplies and a Prepaid Return Address Label you will receive a special box that will     have attached a Prepaid Return Address Label.You will just have to pack your laptop and call UPS to pick it up from     location your desire.
    The charge for this option is for receiving the Packaging Supplies at your location and for the Prepaid Address Return     Label with a tracking number.
