working policy is based on our determination to fulfill our
customer's need
for a good quality repair service.

Therefore,
we want our customer to be aware of following policies:
*When a laptop diagnose is requested
in the Repair Form our notebook/laptop repair service has a full
90-Day Warranty only for the identical description of the problem
originally described in a Repair Form
*When a laptop diagnose is not requested
in the Repair Form our notebook/laptop repair service has a full
90-Day Warranty only for the repairs/upgrades originally required
in the Repair Form. Wrongful or not fully complete diagnosis by
the customer will be ignored.
*New laptop parts carry a 1-year Warranty.
Physical damage, mishandling, misuse and illegal modifications will
automatically void the Warranty.
*All repaired laptops are tested before
shipping, but in a case of a customer's dissatisfaction prior to
returning you must request a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Items must be
returned properly packaged and protected.
*Shipping
and handling charges are not refundable.The customer is responsible
for shipping charges to and from our facility and insurance on all
return shipments. However, if you choose to require a Prepaid
Return Address Label with or without packaging supplies your
shipping cost to our facility and insurance will be covered.
